目前29歲，資訊業務(系統整合)兩年 最近積極在找工作，得到底下兩個offer X聯資安 永X紙業 產業 資訊業 紙業 職位內容 業專 台北營銷業務 (SOC資安監控銷售、服務) (北區流通產業維繫、開發，ex百貨、超商) 員工 80 500 薪資 42K+獎金 36K+獎金 (固定年薪14個月， (年薪12個月， 業績達標年薪破百) 獎金+年終約4個月，幅度不大) 補助 手機1000 手機600，不補助計程車 油費實報銷+大車隊車券 加油卡，一個月額度約2500 業績量 一年約2500萬營業額 主管頗屌，說不缺業績，補人分工作量 比較重要，所以還是沒說數字 交通 騎車15分 騎車30分 上班時間 9:00~18:00，約8~10小時 8:30~17:30，約8小時 特色 氣氛自由，管理人性化 傳統文化，制度規定明確， 但員工增加不少年輕新血 業績量大 業績壓力不大 怕資訊業不穩定 相對很穩定，但$$有限 兩家真的各有利弊，老實說很難抉擇 以我資歷來說，左邊應該算是同業延續 不過因為快30，還是會想到未來收入、穩定等問題 目前沒車沒房沒對象也沒負債 是否有前輩待過這兩間的，或是給我一些建議 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.166.149.223 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403709468.A.E1B.html
