諾富特飯店破門事件，當事的民主鬥陣稍早上傳一段2分19秒的影片上臉書，說明最新情況，痛斥：「斷水斷糧斷網路、現在又斷電梯斷大門斷交通！實在是太過份了！」
 
影片po文強調：「我們要走了！真的打算要走了！不想跟你們耗了！我們犯了法嗎？為什麼一定要搭警車才能到警察局報案？因為要「保護」我們？要把我們送到「安全」的地方？是有誰會傷害我們嗎？是張志軍還是馬英九？」

影片中，諾富特649房門外，站著一整排制服警員。律師賴中強痛斥：「在飯店居然不能離開！這有沒有天理啊！我要報案！」穿背心的女刑警對他說：「既然你要報案，我們備好了車，請跟我們到警局做筆錄。」賴中強不滿說：「我們有開車！」強調不是被逮捕，沒有必要跟警方到警局。（突發中心／綜合報導）
