【更新】警逮到推倒香爐男　4千元和解

桃園市民生路上1間關帝廟，昨晚九時許大門口重達400多斤的石製香爐，竟遭1名打赤膊年輕男子搖倒，廟方人員得知到現場時男子已經離開，隨即向派出所報案。
 
警方調閱廟裡監視器，發現這名男子搖搖晃晃走到廟門口，不知是喝醉了還是吸毒，當時廟門已關無管理人員在，男子抓著香爐猛搖，左推一下、右拉一回，終於給他搖倒。
 
上午廟方人員找來吊車，把重達400多斤重的香爐扶正並包上紅布，要請道士重新安爐後再讓民眾使用。
 
警方下午找到這名推倒香爐的林姓男子（32歲），林男還渾身酒氣，坦承是喝醉一時衝動，廟方人員到派出所，林男道歉捐4千香油錢，廟方不追究。（吳詠平／桃園報導）
