北市將發出第一張精品咖啡師證照

北市勞動局職能發展學院上午飄出陣陣咖啡香，26名咖啡達人大展身手，參加「精品咖啡師」評定，角逐首次由公部門認證的咖啡師證照，競賽結果將在下午出爐，通過評定的參賽者可獲得職能發展學院頒發的精品咖啡師合格證書。
