俄羅斯國會　取消出兵烏克蘭

在俄羅斯總統普丁要求下，俄羅斯上議院剛剛以壓倒性票數，取消3月份授權普丁對烏克蘭動武的決議。

美聯社報導，普丁總統是在昨天對上議院提出這項建議，宣稱他的動機是希望維持烏克蘭的和平，同時也希望避免遭到西方國家另一回合的經濟制裁。

烏克蘭上周五單方面宣佈停火一周。而本周五即將召開的歐盟高峰會，就將針對制裁俄羅斯等事宜進行討論。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
