標題[問題] HTC蝴蝶機遠傳續約的保固問題

我的手機是蝴蝶機，當初在另一個手機購買的板上，向一位仁兄徵得買來的， 他是在遠傳用續約的方案，我再多貼錢給他的，現在問題來了~~ 我手機當初是在靠近四月底(續約日)拿到的，而現在我的手機有些狀況，要送回原廠維修， 可是原廠照出廠日算一年，只到3月中，可是我的手機照理講門市續約一年算起可以保固 到今年四月底，於是HTC要我提供購買證明，才可以給我算到四月底，可是~慘了! 我發票遺失了，也沒有任何續約的證明啊。於是我又試著問問遠傳看看，打客服~ 客服要我提供購買人的大名跟續約的門號號碼，可是.....誰知道啊>"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 124.218.0.199 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1396118930.A.F2A.html
