小弟代友PO文 朋友目前有拿到一間OFFER 現職與新公司職缺均為蝕刻製程工程師 現職 新公司 薪資 底薪N+3K+交通津貼15K 底薪N+5K+交通津貼10K 職缺 蝕刻製程工程師 蝕刻製程RD工程師 住所 宿舍免錢 宿舍2K+不包電 優缺點 約聘 正職 福利 無任何福利 福利很多加包早午餐 年薪 固定14個月 約為15~17個月不均 N為GG公定價 朋友說現職做滿快一年主管說有機會轉正但又怕被老闆耍 薪水的話現職存錢存很快但其實新公司薪水也沒到差很多 因此朋友想問各位大大說是該在現職繼續做等轉正還是說直接去新公司呢 懇請大大給我朋友意見 感謝~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.136.216.75 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1396109647.A.3BD.html
