不動黨紀　馬英九說他不能決定處罰誰

在針對服貿爭議，總統馬英九今第二度親上火線，舉行記者會回應。針對學生要求馬總統不要使用的黨紀，讓國民黨立委能自行決定《服貿協議》審查的態度，馬總統說，外界以為他可以隨時決定處罰誰，其實黨團有運作規則，若黨團決定投票要支持，立委缺席就罰款，這是黨團的決定，不是我可以決定，「立法院學生有誤會」。(陳郁仁／台北報導)
