標題[討論] 42輪跟三班制 差異?

已爬文過 請教版上工程師，若所屬工作一樣，固定14個月 但有些公司是三班制 或42輪 在輪班津貼上差異為何? 就我所知 三班 假日、國定假日值班有加班費double 照班別還有額外大夜小夜津貼 四二輪 沒有所謂的例假日，但聽聞輪班津貼跟三班不一樣，但確切多少不知? 遇國定假日有額外加班費，但也不知多少? 最後，底薪三班跟42輪會一樣嗎? 還是會有差異(比如42該大三班多少合理或反過來 多少合理?) thanks -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.195.51.34 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1396110625.A.ECB.html
