外界憂心，兩岸服貿協議生效，台灣未來恐香港化，經濟部次長杜紫軍今天表示，只要能嚴格管制，做好把關工作，記取香港教訓，「我們不會成為香港」。

杜紫軍晚間參加年代節目「從台灣看全球」錄影，與立委、學者針對兩岸服貿協議進行對談。

外界憂心兩岸服務貿易協議生效後，台灣恐香港化，造成房價與物價上漲、大陸人搶工作等問題。

杜紫軍強調，台灣不是香港，香港對於大陸企業到香港投資沒有設限，且允許勞工移民，並允許大陸資金到香港購買房地產；相對服貿協議並沒有允許大陸勞工來台及移民。

針對開放陸資來台灣購買房地產，杜紫軍指出，早就在民國91年開放，當時還是民進黨執政，而開放至今，政府採嚴格審查，陸資來台買房地產僅近140件。

杜紫軍認為，只要能嚴格管制，做好把關工作，並記取香港教訓，「我們不會成為香港」。

由於兩岸關係特殊，杜紫軍表示，在與大陸談判時，所給予條件不同於給其他國家，假設兩岸服貿協議通過，相較於開放其他世界貿易組織（WTO）國家的項目，開放給大陸投資的項目僅占 60%，且設有層層關卡。(中央社)
