富邦金招MA　年薪近百萬　5名直送上海

富邦金今日下午舉行儲備幹部（MA）說明會，富邦金總經理許婉美親率各子公司高階主管與候選人面談，許婉美表示，今年擴大招收MA，名額30名，其中5名更是規劃將送往上海，因應當地子行華一銀行的人力需求。

由於上海為中國積極扶植發展金融的區域，對不少MA候選人來說，更具舞台吸引力，許婉美表示，華一銀預計招收10名MA，其中5名在台灣招收，另5名在中國招收，至於薪資則依照個人條件、工作經驗而定。        
                             
富邦金主管表示，MA年薪近百萬，過去錄取率約2％左右，今年因將名額由20人，擴大到30人，錄取率預估會介於2～3％之間。（王立德／台北報導）
