嚴密掌控330遊行　政院成立應變中心

反服貿學生今動員10萬人上凱道遊行，行政院由秘書長李四川下午1時邀院內政風處、秘書處、發言人室等單位組成緊急應變中心，掌握警力、醫療等狀況。行政院人士表示，行政院長江宜樺不會進駐應變中心，由李四川隨時報告，掌握狀況，各部會也不會進駐。

行政院發言人孫立群說，緊急應變中心以院內各處室人員為主，部會方面，可能會請衛福部派代表，因江揆很重視醫療等狀況，希望能如學生所說下午6時開始撤離，7時結束，讓遊行和平落幕。（王家俊／台北報導）
