服貿不過　富邦金總座許婉美：can't be worse

明日330遊行上凱道，富邦金總經理許婉美今日表示：「不會擔心」，因富邦金目前在中國的投資及營運戰略與服貿協議沒有直接關連，若服貿通過，對富邦金在中國的發展戰略可望更上一層樓，但若不過，也不會有過大衝擊，「Can't be worse（不會比現在更差）」。

富邦金目前在中國，銀行端有位於福建的廈門銀行、位於上海的華一銀行，產險有位於福建的富邦財險，北京則有方正富邦基金管理公司等等，許婉美表示，目前瞄準昆山，希望能取得持股上限49％的券商全照執照，不過他也表示，若服貿通過，未來應可在兩岸主管機關溝通下，放寬現行台資金融機構在當地的持股上限。

許婉美說，若服貿卡關，富邦金在中國發展也到了瓶頸，就會思考到東南亞去尋找購併機會，目前馬來西亞、印尼都有不少的選擇，富邦金會思考那個選擇對富邦金最有利。（王立德／台北報導）
