貓肺結核傳人　國內逾10人染相同病菌

英國出現全球首例肺結核貓傳人病例，疾病管制署表示，家貓感染的是牛分支桿菌，而台灣近3年也有超過10人感染此菌，但無法釐清感染源是否同樣來自貓。
 
疾管署副署長周志浩說，英國調查發現，獾常帶有牛分枝桿菌，傳播途徑可能是從獾傳到牛、貓、豬等，傳給人的病例很少；國內近3年約發生10多起人感染牛分枝桿菌病例，感染源雖未知，但貓傳人的機率極低，現僅英國有病例。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
