【人數快報】17:30　50萬人占凱道

人民「占」出來，在凱達格蘭大道上，讓這個政府聽見人民的聲音。今天下午5時30分，林飛帆表示，約有50萬人前往凱道聲援。目前黑潮已占據了周遭仁愛、凱道、中山南、公園、信義等道路。

《蘋果》提醒，今天天氣仍悶熱，且可能會下雨，要上街發出怒吼的民眾，除了要注意防曬，也要多喝水，並隨身攜帶雨具。（突發中心／台北報導）

今天行動流程：

13:00-15:00　凱道集合、靜坐。暖場短講（各界聲援，不轉播）：（由藝文界、學者、樂團、勞工團體...等代表聲援短講。）
13:00-15:00　中山南路雙側「公民憲政大道」。（20個NGO團體以肥皂方式，擺攤說明對服貿之影響及團體立場）
15:00-16:00　凱道活動正式開始，譴責國家暴力。（發言者：律師團、醫療團、民主平台、學生代表）
16:00-17:00　退回服貿，重申四大訴求。發言者：民主陣線等代表
17:00-18:00　公民憲政會議。台灣目前的憲政及民主、教育、勞動、環境等各種危機。
18:00-19:00　讓我們回到立法院。發言者：公民團體、學生代表
