後QE資金流竄　陸資加碼台高價房產

【洪安怡／台北報導】今日中信房屋發布第4季宅指數調查結果，邀請台經院六所所長楊家彥一同參與討論全球景氣與展望，楊家彥指出，雖說QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）準備減碼，但歐元和日圓都有加碼的可能性，預計將來國際資金不會縮減，而是金流動向產生變化。
 
楊家彥表示，後QE時期資金亂竄，階段性避險熱錢如陸資等，可能流入台灣，投資台灣高價房產，造成台灣的高價位住宅仍維持高檔，而低價端房屋價格將無太大變化，使房市M型化更趨顯著，要避免此一情形，增加房屋持有成本才是有效抑制房價的方法，如囤屋稅不失為一種合理方式。
