每年畢業3000人 律師收入、素質雙降 【聯合報╱記者劉峻谷、鄧桂芬／台北報導】 2013.12.27 03:07 am 律師錄取率高，有七千九百多名執業律師投入市場，收入和素質雙降。律師公會全國聯 合會建議教育部不要濫設法律系，並籲請考試院設最低錄取分數門檻，維持律師品質。 本報廿三日報導「一案難求，流浪律師逐年增加。」律師公會全聯會昨天開記者會證實 此趨勢。全聯會理事長林國明說，今年八九五九人應考，錄取八九二人，考五科總分一 千分，最低錄取分數四六九分，之前甚至有人單科僅拿四十六分也考上，建議政府應設 定總分或單科分數最低錄取分數。 林國明說：「律師素質參差不齊，民眾是最大受害者！」 律師研習所執行長蔡碧松表示，全台法律系所逾一百一十三系所，每年畢業法律系學生 三千多人，學校為了學生出路，建議考試院增加律師錄取人數，但「很多學校甚至評鑑 都不合格還招生！」建議教育部淘汰辦學不佳的系所。 一名檢察官說，市場機制會篩選品質；好律師不一定要考高分，而是如何在專業中保持 操守，用心替民眾辯護。 有法官認為，和以往相比，律師專業倫理下降，開庭動不動遲到或沒請假「翹庭」，甚 或和被告串供，讓人唏噓。 律師全聯會統計，迄本月廿六日，全國一萬三千七百七十二人有律師執照，登錄執業人 數是七千九百一十八人，案源難尋。 【2013/12/27 聯合報】 @ http://udn.com/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 117.56.16.247
