聯聚明年推商辦　「讓企業主可傳承」

【劉曉霞／台中報導】打造出台中豪宅「聯聚方庭大廈」、「聯聚信義大廈」等知名建案的聯聚建設總經理王于娟說，聯聚明年跨入營建業滿20年，將維持1年到1年半推案規劃，公司目前沒有轉往台中以外推案規劃，「光是手中有的7期土地就做不完了。

王于娟指出，目前聯聚客戶仍以中部地區企業主和台商為主，聯聚明年第4季將推出商辦大樓「中雍大廈」，規劃興建39樓，低樓層2戶，每戶150坪，高樓層1戶，「讓企業主和台商有個可傳承的辦公室」。
