英超拆禮物日　兵工廠重回龍頭最大獎

【王毓健／綜合報導】12月26日是英國與曾為其屬地如澳洲、紐西蘭、香港等地的「拆禮物日(Boxing Day)」，英格蘭超級聯賽按慣例都會在這天安排20隊齊上，在凌晨結束9場賽事中，「槍手」兵工廠收到最大禮，奪回積分榜首。

兵工廠客場3比1大破西漢姆聯，加上賽前原居第3的曼城主場2比1咬下利物浦，前16輪踢完領跑的槍手在短暫失去1輪龍頭地位後，又要回領先。

英超應賽38輪，18輪過後有下賽季歐冠資格的前4名席次，分別由兵工廠、曼城、切爾西、利物浦占據，但4隊積分差只在3分內，競爭激烈。
