台中台商置產比例下滑　降低到2~3成

【劉曉霞／台中報導】台中豪宅建商精銳建設副總吳秋良指出，因為家庭成員改變，有些家庭成員不見得會一起住，散布在國外、中國等地，因此中部需求最多的是60坪產品，100坪的入住率反而低，過去台商置產比例約8~9成，現在降低到2~3成。

吳秋良還提到，現在北中南的大都會區已經找不到真的首購產品，過去首購產品僅幾百萬元，不到千萬元，現在台中市起碼開價每坪20萬元，一戶將近1000萬元，建商已經沒有真的首購客戶，首購客戶都轉往仲介購買成屋。
