我們公司薪水中，有近3000是屬於績效獎金 年資越久，績效獎金越高，也越沒有保障 因為犯錯都是從個人績效獎金去扣 每次都千元起跳 例如上下班忘記刷卡，一次還兩次就一千起跳，然後再多忘刷一次就變扣兩千 扣三千 上班遲到，超過幾秒就是遲到，幾次也是開始扣錢，千起跳，一千兩千三千 休息10分鐘好了，你刷10分05秒，也是要扣錢，也是千 然後稽核到什麼像是，表單塗改沒簽名蓋章，或是什麼出貨車沒放標示卡 反正如果金額過大，這個月你薪水的3000被扣完 那就繼續扣你下個月，下下個月 想問一下，這樣是合法的嗎?? 薪水也是兩萬多而已，頂多三萬，遲到個幾秒，休息超過一分鐘，一千兩千就被扣 績效獎金這種東西，擺明就是把薪水挪一部份讓公司可以合法扣你錢 像是那種出工作嚴重的大包扣績效獎金兩三千當逞罰我沒話說 但像是遲到幾秒，忘記上下班打卡，休息超過10分鐘 這種也是一千兩千起跳的扣 真的合理嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.231.165.249
