市場施壓助貶台幣？彭淮南說「沒有」

【陳瑩欣／台北報導】台幣兌美元匯率連13個月走貶，央行總裁彭淮南說，目前正處聖誕假期，外資當然就不會進來，匯價由市場供需決定。

媒體詢問央行貨幣政策是否是感受到市場壓力所致，彭淮南連說「沒有、沒有、完全沒有」否認。

至於23日央行罕見在理監事會前發出公開信，彭淮南指出，立法院報告要發表在網站上，我若把報告揭露，總要寫一封信，不然突然間放上網，沒有必要。

彭說，美國財政懸崖沒像以前那麼嚴峻，未來1年QE還是會膨脹4兆5000億元，最後如果不再買，到期債券再投資，根本沒有緊縮，只是寬鬆力道沒那麼大。
