台積電遭美國Tela指控專利侵權

【陳冠穎／綜合外電報導】根據彭博社報導，台積電（2330）遭美國電子設計自動化公司Tela Innovation指控專利侵權，Tela Innovation已在12月23號向美國國際貿易委員會（International Trade Commission，ITC ）提出申訴。
 
Tela Innovation的專利與改善效能及電力消耗有關，Tela表示台積電與旗下Tela Blaze DFM簽署的技術授權協議已經在今年5月到期，但台積電仍持續在電腦、伺服器、電玩系統、手機及平板電腦的積體電路上使用其專利技術。
 
Tela希望能阻止用於技術的積體電路進口。
