遭控欠薪8年　宇權興業廠辦淪法拍

【王筱君／台北報導】年關難過，近來有不少高總價廠辦淪法拍。曾遭50名員工控訴欠薪8年的電子秤儀器生產公司「宇權興業」，疑因赴中國投資失利，位於新北市新店寶興路13筆不動產遭法拍，總面積約1085.29坪，第1拍底價1億9637萬元，明年1月8在台北地方法院執行。

寬頻房訊表示，待拍廠辦位於新店統帥工業區旁，該區廠辦行情每坪約22~25萬元，「換算待拍戶1坪約25.7萬元，和市場行情相近，2拍較有機會拍出。」
