凍結台獨黨綱提議未討論　趙天麟嘆可惜

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘今拋出民進黨應凍結台獨黨綱議題，謝系綠委趙天麟稍早在臉書PO文，指華山會議中選擇忽略柯建銘說法，「著實可惜」，因為民進黨與時俱進的兩岸論述，「有什麼不能談？」趙天麟稍早受訪時更批：「都什麼時代了，還搞戒嚴時期的方式，說什麼不符合主題就不討論，很可笑！」

趙天麟說，不管台獨黨綱是維持現狀、以新決議文取代、凍結或廢除，都應以《憲法》為基礎，發揮其主體性與特殊性，才會是台灣最可行也最有利的兩岸論述基礎。他說，對柯建銘的結論（即凍結台獨黨綱）雖持保留態度，但支持柯文中的推論過程。

新系綠委段宜康說，台獨黨綱其實實質上已經被取代，而處理台獨黨綱是中國的期待，其實黨內部不必這麼緊張地處理，且重要的是如何加強兩岸政策的實質交流，而不是說了些什麼。
