檢調調查捷運小碧潭聯合開發案（美河市），台北市捷運局遭搜索，市長郝龍斌26日重申，他上任時這案子已經完成估價報告。

捷運局和建商日勝生聯合開發的新店小碧潭共構案「美河市」，驚爆官員涉竄改鑑價報告，疑坑殺北市府上百億元；前聯合開發處長高嘉濃、前五課課長王銘藏都被台北地院依涉「貪污治罪條例」的圖利、偽造文書等罪，有串證之虞，裁定收押禁見。

對此，郝龍斌強調，對於市府任何一個同仁，如果有違法失職、偽造文書的行為，市府絕對嚴加懲戒、絕不寬貸。

郝龍斌說，市府也通盤檢討過去幾個大型標案，日後針對所有大型標案或開發案，將由市府各局處組成專案小組，本於專業處理。
