罷免吳育昇提議過門檻　馮光遠：對馬的警告

【王家俊／台北報導】中選舉會今舉行委員會議，通過「憲法133實踐聯盟」王淑卿等領銜提議罷免新北市第1選舉區立委吳育昇案，提議人數已達法定的5765人、即選區選舉人數的2%，依《公職人員選舉罷免法》規定30日內須徵求選區內13%選民，約3萬7千多人連署才能成案。

聯盟發起人馮光遠受訪時說，上回認定不符合資格的提議書，盼中選會退還，修正小瑕疵後，仍可成為第二階段連署的人數，不要浪費民眾的心意。他表示，罷免門檻很高，但綜觀台灣政經情勢，做為公民，應該站出來講話、有所行動，對政治掌控發言權，所有政治人物、悖離民意太遠都應該被罷免，罷免吳育昇案通過第一階段門檻，就是對馬政府的警告。
