少女指控遭鄰居性侵　查無實證不起訴

【侯力元／新竹報導】新竹縣1名50歲鍾姓男子遭少女指控性侵，少女指稱去年7月暑假期間，回祖母家寄居時，假借帶被害人到雞寮遊玩時，將其推倒在黑色軟墊上，以手指及性器官強制性侵得逞4次，事後再給予糖果、玩具等物品安撫。少女說，被性侵後鍾男再陪同回祖母家，導致少女不敢當面向祖母說。

檢察官詢問少女時，發現患有輕微小胖威利症的少女，智能表現正常，平日生活起居及溝通無礙。對於指控鍾男的事實卻與證人及相關物證不符，少女至醫院驗傷亦發現處女膜完整，沒有遭性侵的跡象。

同時，少女學校老師及同學亦作證，少女常會因小事說謊，甚至也宣稱遭到男人性侵，檢察官認為，由於證據不足以證明鍾男有性侵少女之實，全案不起訴處分。
