借10萬還25萬還不滿　3男放高利貸遭逮

【林錫淵／高雄報導】1名陳姓男子去年5月向地下錢莊借款10萬元，簽下20萬本票，1年後陳男連同本金共還了25萬元終於還清借款，但錢莊業者只還他10萬元本票，今年7月，業者竟然拿本票要再索討10萬元，並放話「不拿錢出來，就到公司打人」，被害人心生畏懼，且不滿已還清債務，卻還繼續壓榨，認為錢莊太可惡，憤而報案。

警方陸續傳喚涉嫌放高利貸顏姓男子（44歲）等3人到案說明，3人均否認放高利貸及恐嚇，惟被害人指證歷歷，全案偵訊後，昨依重利、恐嚇罪函送法辦。
