許勝雄：找接班像戀愛　年紀非絕對條件

【劉煥彥／台北報導】金仁寶集團董事長許勝雄上午在威寶電信臨時股東會現場，就媒體提問對接班看法時回應，尋找接班人選就像男女戀愛，自然發生，若刻意去做不見得有結果，而且年紀並非尋找接班人選的絕對條件。
 
許勝雄表示，很多事情是水到渠成，就像男女相戀，兩人合意就結婚，不合意就分開，以後重新結合也說不一定。
 
他同意對企業來說，「人才最重要」，要想找到國際化的經營人才不容易，但全球有70億人口，如果要找1000萬人的頂尖人才，「怎麼會找不到」。
 
許勝雄也說：「（接班人才的）年紀不是絕對的。像我小的時候，看到人家50、60歲，就直喊歐吉桑。現在我都70歲了，可是覺得自己好像才40歲。」
 
他強調，刻意尋找接班人才，不見得必然有結果。只要大家在工作中用心，就不用擔心找不到人。
