標題[問題] 試用期沒過的離職證明?

我是今年六月多畢業的 畢業後在一間公司做了一個月 試用期被以不適任解雇 離職申請書是寫與公司理念不合 意思就是自願離職的 不求資遣費，也不符合申請失業補助資格 只有要找下一份工作的情況下 還需要跟公司申請離職證明、勞健保轉出單嗎? 還是可以直接當作沒這個工作經驗?(只做一個月怕面試新公司被覺得沒定性之類的) 目前是還有約半個月的薪水沒領 是下個月五號轉帳的，有沒有什麼該注意的地方可以防止沒領到剩餘的工資? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.231.55
