有些人打洞穿上癮，會在一些意想不到的地方打洞，但你一定沒想到打耳洞也可以獲得金氏世界紀錄。

據英國《太陽報》報導，來自美國的凱威(Kala Kaiwi)耳洞的直徑超過10.9公分，相當於正常男人1個拳頭大，這個耳洞讓他獲得《金氏世界記錄》認證，成了「世上耳洞最大的人」。

凱威現在在夏威夷擔任健身教練，也幫別人刺青。凱威熱愛在自已的身上穿洞，他臉上有密密麻麻的釘子，耳垂、鼻子、眼皮、舌頭等地方都有大大小小的洞，鼻子上還有直徑超過1公分的大洞，相當驚人。
