「表現不好咬痛我乳頭」　女控性侵不成

1名女子(35歲)與離婚王姓男子交往6年，去年鬧分手，男方一再求復合，今年1月赴新北市三重區找女方，一時乾柴烈火；事後控王男性侵且散布性愛影片，但檢方查出2人還用LINE傳鹹濕訊息，告不成性侵。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，2人發生性關係1周後，女方友人詢問「妳怎會傳自拍的性愛短片給我？」才驚覺王男竊進她的LINE帳號，散布2人親密畫面，氣得告上法院。

檢方調查，女方事後還用LINE主動與他檢討性事，稱「你那天表現不好，咬痛我的乳頭」、「喜歡你用情趣用品幫我肛交」等語，認為男方未構成性侵。王男承認因懷疑小芬劈腿，心生報復把性愛片傳給女方友人，被依妨害秘密罪嫌起訴。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
