認為房價這幾年會跌的~你認為是哪些原因呢?

家裡一直有想要換房買房 畢竟錢要花不少當然不能隨便下手
如果價錢買的低可以少當房奴好幾年....如果真的會跌 寧願在蹲幾年不出手.免得當冤大頭

最近看到的消息不外乎就是QE即將結束..政府的一些政策..
加上房仲給我的感覺現在似乎真的有要下跌的趨勢..如果到時利率在上升..就更猛了
可是房價就我自己在附近看 價錢還是很硬..檯面上..價錢還是很不友善...私下成交價我是不清楚

各位樂觀覺得會跌價的網友..你是如何認為會跌呢?
目前小弟還是偏向繼續龜等降價...
