立院經委會散會　自經區審議停擺

立院經濟委員會今日審查《自由經濟示範區特別條例》，藍綠黨團均甲級動員，共40位立委登記程序發言，在民進黨立委邱議瑩、國民黨立委林德福、丁守中發言過後，民進黨總召柯建銘突然提出散會動議，國民黨召委黃昭順表示，現在氣氛不適合開會，因此宣布散會。

而民進黨立委陳其邁則痛批經濟部長張家祝，在高雄氣爆事件之後，沒有到過災區，今天是頭七，還有心情在立院開會，冷血部長。

黃昭順則表示，委員會議程是之前就排定的，因此仍須開會，對於同事情緒上的反應可以忍受，但也希望下次開會的時候，大家能夠放下情緒，繼續審查《自經區特別條例》，讓台灣繼續往前走。（林海／台北報導）
