俄副外長譴責美國新制裁違法、不文明

路透報導，俄羅斯副外長里亞布科夫28日痛批美國新一回合制裁，是「非法、不文明」的行動，且對高科技出口設限，是美國倒退回冷戰時代的做法。

里亞布科夫於外交部網站發表評論：「我們堅決譴責為對莫斯科施加制裁壓力而宣布的一連串措施。」
