反核四運動持續　廢核平台號召民眾行腳

全國廢核行動平台今持續在凱達格蘭大道靜坐，要求「核四停建」、「修改鳥籠公投」，並將在今天下午2時在凱達格蘭大道，正式提出修改《公投法》民間版本，下午2時40分號召民眾從凱道出發，仿照民進黨前主席林義雄的廢核行腳方式，步行至立法院並繞行立院數周。

廢核平台表示，將遞交修改《公投法》陳情書給立法院長王金平，呼籲立院院會朝野協商修改《公投法》有具體決議，繞行立院會以肅穆溫和方式進行，不會採取激烈抗爭。

環保聯盟發起的「你是否同意新北市台電公司核能四廠進行裝填燃料棒試運轉？」命題的全國性公投提案連署，上午在反核現場繼續連署，環保聯盟秘書長董建宏說，昨晚從高雄送來約5千份連署書，目前已達到10萬份的連署門檻，但因裡面有不少連署書個人資料未詳盡，希望達到12萬份連署目標。

董建宏說，凱道路權申請到明天止，多數民眾在傍晚會聚集凱道，目前夜晚約有千人，夜宿民眾早上即離去，因此目前白天凱道現場人數較少。（許麗珍／台北報導）
