蔡丁貴住院 呼籲群眾勿亂跑

晚間數百群眾佔據台北市忠孝東路路口，造成交通大亂。公投盟總召蔡丁貴的辯護律師蔡易餘受訪表示，蔡丁貴中午受訪後送醫，躺在台大醫院的病床上，雙手竟被上銬，後來與警方協調，才拿下手銬；由於蔡丁貴腦部撞傷，已做斷層掃描，醫師囑咐須住院休息一晚，因此明天早上才做筆錄。

蔡易餘轉述，蔡丁貴說，他無法到立院現場指揮，希望群眾維持秩序，不要亂跑，可轉往凱道參與晚會。
