根據國際清算銀行(BIS)近日發布的《2013年12月底國際銀行數據統計》報告顯示，在當前全球跨境貸款連續七個月收縮環境之下，中國大陸所獲得的跨境貸款在去(2013)年第四季呈旺盛增長趨勢，總體增長850億美元，季增11%。

根據報告內容，全球跨境貸款比去年第三季減少930億美元，跌幅0.3%，其中，歐元區貸款收縮3250億美元，跌幅3.3%。此外，在全球跨境貸款收縮的同時，美元和日元貸款逆勢而上，分別增長490億美元和620億美元，分別季增0.4%和5.3%。

另外，在去年第四季，流入新興市場跨境貸款量增長950億美元，季增2.7%。其中，中國大陸就佔據了850億美元，達總增量90%。而在新興市場增長方中，由中國大陸推動的亞洲走勢最強，去年第四季流入亞洲的跨境貸款穩步擴張，增量達到1,210億美元，季增7.3%。
