標題[討論] 遇到這種工作

想問幾個問題，希望各位可以幫忙回答。 小妹的朋友在台北某間Bios公司擔任軟韌體測試工程師，工作的內容除了幫忙抓bug驗證issue以外，還需要通過Android 的CTS認証。如果RD release image的時間是晚上10點，QA就必須等到十點然後開始燒機，設定環境進行測試！（下班時間大概是晚上十二點後了,每週約一到兩天） 沒錯，如果早上九點上班，晚上六點忙完一般測試，就該下班了。 但該死的是CTS測試需要10個小時後才會結束，所以RD MANAGER 都會希望QA等Image，讓Tablet PC 在晚上自動測試。 雖然公司可以報補休假，但這種工作內容真的是常態嗎？ 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.34.158.202 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1398777040.A.81C.html
