警察沒說不可以　男無視保護令吼母

桃園縣1名37歲簡姓男子去年因對母親動粗，簡母在去年底聲請獲得保護令，禁止檢男對母騷擾、接觸等。未料他在去年12月22日傍晚，返回母親家裏，先是對母親大吼大叫，隨後逕行洗澡，並稱「警察沒有說這樣不可以」，然後大搖大擺地坐在餐桌前吃飯。

簡母報警處理，由於保護令已明令禁止他接觸和騷擾母親。桃園地檢署偵辦後，今依違反保護令將他聲請簡易判決。（張沛森／桃園報導）
