日本擬大量增購F-35戰機

 【國際中心／綜合外電報導】日本防衛省計畫大量增購F-35戰機，以強化西南諸島和東海海域的防衛力量。《日本經濟新聞》 報導，為替換老化的F-4戰機，日本政府已確定向美國購買42架F-35匿蹤戰機，現在數量可能再增加。

日本新聞網引述報導稱，日本防衛省認為F-35戰鬥機有極佳隱形功能，優於現在的主力戰機F-15，適合防衛東海和西南方與中國、南韓有爭議領土的海域，因此考慮再增購F-35戰機，以替換一部分F-15戰機。日本航空自衛隊有200架F-15戰鬥機，另外約60架的F-4戰鬥機即將退役，日本政府已經決定購買F-35戰機替換F-4，但還有約90架F-2戰鬥機的替換機種尚未確定。

日本防衛省已決定今年3月前購買6架F-35戰機。明年起5年內再購買28架，最終將購入42架。如果部分F15戰鬥機的雷達系統無法改造的話，可能還須追加100架F-35戰機。但F-35戰機售價高達160億日元（約46億元台幣），這筆巨額資金如何籌措，將是一大難題。
