台塑化總座：油價待Q2好轉

台塑石化總經理曹明表示，國際油價下跌，雖已可能見底，但一般會有超跌狀況，1、2月不會很好，3月可能好一點，第2季用油季節才有機會慢慢轉好。

曹明今天在台塑集團業績發表會指出，國際油價持續下跌，原以為去年第4季見底，但新年以來油價仍跌。

他說，油價下跌的政治因素高於供需影響，除了石油輸出國家組織增產，對抗美國頁岩油業者，還有美元升值，造成熱錢流到期貨；另外，伊朗遭美禁運等因素也是油價的變數。

他強調，因油價下跌，使用量增加，是否因此帶動銷量也值得留意。
