thumbnail 查柯爸的稅？　國稅局：選前有人檢舉，就得查

針對台北市長柯文哲的父母因借錢給兒子買房，遭國稅局查稅一事，財政部北區國稅局表示，因為接獲檢舉，就必須進行調查，但因為在選前怕事涉敏感，才在選後請當事人來說明。

北區國稅局表示，這是在選前就接到的檢舉案，指柯文哲向父母借錢買房子，由於是民眾檢舉案件，均需依「各級稽徵機關處理違章漏稅及檢舉案件作業要點」規定辦理，並無針對性查稅。

官員表示，就是因為擔心事涉敏感，怕違反行政中立，所以並沒有在選前展開調查，但檢舉案一定要調查，所以才在選後請柯爸說明。

官員指出，也不是一定要柯爸提供借據，只要是有事後還款的紀錄，來證明是借款，而不是贈與即可，例如柯文哲太太陳佩琪曾經說過有還公婆利息也可以作為證明，柯爸也表示會回去找資料再向國稅局說明。

依「各級稽徵機關處理違章漏稅及檢舉案件作業要點」規定，各級稽徵機關在稽查或審理違章漏稅及檢舉案件時，為調查事實及證據之必要，得以書面通知受稽查人，攜帶有關帳據限期到達辦公處所，以供查核並備詢，國稅局是依規定辦理。
