張藝謀超生挨罰　3700萬料過年前繳清

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國導演張藝謀上周因違法超生遭罰款，新片《歸來》劇組人員透露，張藝謀和陳婷夫婦，已決定接受江蘇無錫濱湖區計生局748萬元人民幣（約3700萬元台幣）的罰款，不向申請行政複議或訴訟。

去年被爆超生的張藝謀，日前收到無錫濱湖區計生局的社會撫養費徵收決定書：罰款748萬元人民幣，限30日內一次繳納。很多網友認為罰款過重，建議張藝謀申請行政複議。但《歸來》劇組人員表示，張藝謀決定認罰，今後安心做電影，預計會在春節前，委託代表前往無錫濱湖區計生局繳清罰款。
 
張藝謀自去年5月起陸續被踢爆與4名女子生下8個孩子，包括跟前妻肖華所生的女兒張末，及與現任妻陳婷生了4名子女，嚴重超生遭各界撻伐。上月底，他與陳婷露面並致歉，承認與陳婷生了3名子女，違反中國一胎化政策。
