是否嫖妓？　王卓鈞：若有嫖妓「絕對下台」

【王家俊／台北報導】最新一期《壹週刊》報導某情治首長遭廉政署監聽發現每三天召妓一次，警政署長王卓鈞上午在立法院內政委員會答覆台聯黨籍立委黃文玲詢問時說，自己絕不可能做違法亂紀的事情，身為機關首長絕對不行，只要查證屬實，就下台負責，但各界如果有此期待，恐怕會失望。

黃文玲詢問，遭自家人監聽有何感想、是否向廉政署查證？王卓鈞答詢說，被影射當然感覺不好，但不需要向廉政署查證；在《通訊保障及監察法》監督下，刑事局通訊監察中心、調查局通訊監察處，都不可能違法監聽，他沒收過監聽通知書、不知道是否遭監聽，但絕對沒有違法亂紀。

黃文玲接著問，「嫖妓未必違法亂紀吧？」王卓鈞答詢說，身為公務機關的首長，怎麼可以嫖妓，當然不行，如果有，絕對下台，但委員不要寄望它屬實，因為它不是事實，「您會失望，我告訴妳不會屬實，署長絕對不會、也沒有做這件事情。您既然不希望我下台，我也絕對不讓妳失望。」
