中美洲銀來台發5年期寶島債　創國際組織首例

國內人民幣資金去化管道過度集中情況可望持續改善。央行今日表示，中美洲銀行（CABEI）昨日在櫃買中心掛牌發行寶島債，為首度有國際金融組織來台發行寶島債，國內人民幣資金化管道逐步打開。
 
中美洲銀行在台發行寶島債，金額為人民幣5億元，發行期間5年，採固定利率3.85％計息，僅開放給專業機構投資人認購，本次由新光人壽認購人民幣2.5億元額度拿下第一，國泰人壽、第一銀、元大商銀、中華郵政、友邦人壽則分別拿下1億元、0.5億元、0.5億元、0.4億元、0.1億元。
 
中美洲銀行來台發行寶島債、取得人民幣資金後，將透過SWAP換成美元運用。央行官員說，台灣累積人民幣3000億元的人民幣存款，中美洲銀行來台發寶島債，有助增加資金去化管道。(王立德／台北報導)
