跟以前一位同事很好，理念很相同，一直都想朝著開店夢想發展， 但礙於資金少，所以想先從擺攤開始， 一方面想從擺攤學習成本控制，行銷產品、技術層面發展， 這在餐飲必須要做到高管理階層才有辦法接觸到， 這社會薪資都已經不高了，而又不肯給年輕人學習的機會， 所以我們才想自己去挖掘學習， 至於擺攤到開店所賣的東西，可能又是另一回事， 只是想從擺攤之中賺取資金跟從中學習。 自己本身是在星級飯店工作，幾乎整天從早到晚都在工作，12小時上下的，很累。 而朋友則在早午餐廳(5點就下班)，我們計畫是白天一樣有工作，晚上兼職擺攤賣， 但這樣我就得辭掉飯店工作，回到餐廳或者再找其他選擇， 但一方面又想萬一擺攤經營沒做的那麼好， 這樣回到餐飲行業履歷會不會變的不好看？覺得人生好迷惘.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.110.5.97 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1413528945.A.2C3.html
