醫師評大統橄欖油純度不實胖達人翻版

大統長基食品公司製造販售特級橄欖油，標榜百分之百西班牙進口橄欖油製成，卻涉嫌添加銅葉綠素，橄欖油含量不到50%，多以其他食用油混充。林口長庚醫院腎臟科醫師顏宗海說，這是胖達人事件翻版。

顏宗海表示，銅葉綠素是合法人工色素，業者可能覺得添加後油品顏色美觀，另外銅葉綠素也有抗氧化、防腐效果，很多皮膚科用藥也有添加銅葉綠素。

他說，雖然大量攝取銅會導致銅中毒，但銅葉綠素的含銅量微乎其微，且一般人不可能直接喝下一桶油，這次事件從醫學角度來看，沒有健康疑慮，但業者犯了商業與道德上的錯。

台大醫院腎臟科醫師姜至剛表示，銅葉綠素也有抗菌與除臭效果，很多保健食品添加銅葉綠素來為產品加值，雖然沒有什麼副作用，但確實聞到胖達人的味道。
