台灣廚師聯盟今首辦廚藝傳承賽

台灣廚師聯盟慶祝廚師節，今天在中華醫事科技大學舉辦第一屆廚藝傳承大賽，全台共篩選出12組參賽者，由平均廚齡25年以上的資深廚師，帶領一名資深助手參賽，在3小時內做出4菜1湯菜色，主題不限。評審林榮裕表示，此次競賽是為慶祝12月20日的台灣廚師節舉辦，特別重視傳承，也提供平台讓資深廚師互相切磋手藝彼此學習，今天下午3時，還要在台南大東夜市舉辦廚師祭祖活動，晚上有晚宴。
